Maykel López y su Nueva Dimensión is a new salsa formation with musician from Cuba and The Netherlands. Its front man is singer Maykel López Rodríguez from Havana.
Maykel López started singing at a very early age and since the beginning of his musical carreer has been part of several bands: Grupo Premier, Dioses de la Calle, Son de Cuba and Los Cavales. Before he decided to move to Europe he was one of the singes of one of Cuba’s well-know groups: Oderquis Revé y su Changuï.
Maykel López is a singer of many trades: he raps as easily as he sings a delicate ballad.
